This intensive Study Group package ensures you meet the statutory requirements with comprehensive support and resources.

9-Week Pass Track Study Group:

• Schedule: Classes are held one night a week, either Wednesday or Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at our San Jose branch office. New classes start approximately every 8 weeks.
• Instructor-Led: Benefit from instructor-led study groups designed to help you complete the Principles, Practice & Elective statutory requirement.

Tuition Includes:

• Course Materials: Textbook and open book final exam proctoring.
• Certification: Upon successful completion of the home-study course requirements and final exam, you will receive a certification for the statutory courses.
• Statutory Courses: Our program is approved by CA DRE Sponsor # S0629 and includes all three statutory requirements: California Real Estate Principles, California Real Estate Practice, and Real Estate Finance (or other elective).

Fees:

• Please note that additional fees are required for the CA DRE exam, licensing fees, and Live Scan fingerprints.

Exam Preparation:

• Intensive Preparation: Our Exam Preparation Intensive & Playbook is included in the Pass Track Program, designed to help you pass your exam on the first try.
